The Art of Tailgating
 
LSU Fans, like many fans across the nation, have taken tailgating to a whole new level. This is not about buying a box of chicken and an ice chest full of beverages. We're talking about full size Bar-B-Que pits, SmokinTex Smokers, butane/propane burners, flat panel televisions, fans, tents, chairs, multiple ice chests and game menus planned months before the first game. Fried turkeys injected with Cajun Marinade, jambalaya, boiled shrimp & crabs, smoked and/or grilled meats marinated with the "Tiger Tailgating Seasoning Rub", dip and chips, potato salad, stuffed potatoes, grilled homemade burgers, red chili & white chili, pork, chicken, and any combination of fajitas can be found. Friends, family and business acquaintances gather to enjoy the festivities, the games and the company of each other.
